Danielle is a seasoned professional with outstanding business management application and is the brainchild behind SWICS. Danielle leads our compnay with her vision and determination to make SWICS the best company to be a client of, to work for, and to partner with. Danielle has worked as an understudy to several behavioral health professionals honing her skills to develop the necessary understanding and tools to create a behavioral healthcare agency that is second to none.

Charles G. Mahakian, MD is a practicing Psychiatrist (Therapist) in Las Vegas, NV. Dr. Mahakian graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1966 and has been in practice for 47 years. Dr. Mahakian also specializes in Neurology. Dr. Mahakian accepts multiple insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Dr. Mahakian is board certified in Psychiatry.

Wayne provides the business infrastucture for SWICS. Wayne has created many business models over the past 20 years and he is an integral piece of the direction and future of SWICS. Wayne has participated in many community programs and has volunteered his leadership services to Henderson Parks and Recreation, YMCA, the City of Las Vegas, Nike, Adidas and many other organizations since 1990.

Carolyn embodies education, service and program direction with over 30 years as a professional educator. Carolyn has worked diligently to achieve educational success not only for her but also for the hundreds of students and clients she has directed in her tenure. SWICS is privileged to have Carolyn’s service and her commitment to implementing our program structure and development so that our clients have the best possible chance for success.
